Order Fulfillment:
Domestic: Orders will usually be filled within one business day via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail. USPS Express Mail is available but may be limited in locations. See www.usps.gov for more details about your particular location. See also factory shut down information.
International: We only offer USPS Express Mail for International shipments and will be filled within one business day.
Freight:
Freight for all cables is F.O.B., Glen Arm, Maryland 21057, U.S.A.
All shipping charges include a $0.95 handling fee. This is our only method of distribution for small cable orders.
Pricing:
Items in this catalog are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice.
State Sales Tax:
Shipments to Maryland: We collect 6% Maryland state sales tax. Residents of other states should remit any applicable use tax directly to appropriate local authorities.
Holiday Shut down dates:
- MLK weekend
- Memorial Day
- Labor day
- Veterans day
- Independence day
- The day before Thanksgiving through the following day
- The day before Christmas through the following day
- The day before New Years through the following day
Shipments may not occur during these shut down dates and are considered non-business days.
Returns and Lost Shipments:
No returns without prior authorization. Contact us for a Return Authorization (R.A.) number. Returned items subject to a 10% restocking charge. Returns must be made within 15 calendar days and with their original labeled bag. No returns on custom items, unless defective.
Lost shipments, Domestic: Since we usually ship orders within one busniness day and most shipments arrive within 1-9 calendar days, we consider shipments as having been received, unless we receive notice otherwise, within 21 calendar days of the original order date.
Lost shipments, International: Since we usually ship orders within one busniness day and most shipments arrive within 3-15 calendar days, we consider shipments as having been received unless we receive notice otherwise within 30 calendar days of the original order date.
For either domestic or international shipping, within the notice period, we will refund or replace the order at our option. There are no other remedies.
